I was struggling with what to eat to improve my eGFR and Creatinine numbers. It was extremely frustrating to see on the internet what's good for the kidneys and then come across contradictory information. Based on my lab results, Jing has provided the information I so desperately needed in terms of what foods to eat to better manage my CKD. Jing has given me a game plan that I can easily work with. I am happy with how well organized Jing is. She is very accommodating. I don't feel rushed on our follow up calls and Jing provides notes from each of our sessions. I have increased clarity about what to eat. Jing has provided me with a roadmap on how my lab results coincide with the foods that I eat. A doctor won't take the time to do that. If I had encountered someone who is suffering from CKD and they were on the fence, I would highly recommend that they see a Renal Dietitian and that they should see Jing.
